Every Powell Hosts website comes with email addresses at your own web address, such as info@yourgarage.co.uk. Customers trust it more than a Gmail or Hotmail address, and it belongs to your business.
How many addresses you get
Starter includes 2 addresses and Plus includes 5. The pricing page has the full plan details.
Choosing your addresses
- Sign in to your account. When your web address is ready, you’ll see Your email addresses.
- For each address, type the part before the @, for example info, bookings or your.name. Leave unused boxes blank.
- Press Set up my email.
We create the mailboxes and then email you sign-in details for each. Passwords are sent securely, and we don’t keep a copy.

Checking your email setup
Once your web address is set up, Email health appears in your account menu. It reads the public records for your web address that decide where email goes and whether inboxes trust it, and marks each one Good, Worth fixing or Needs fixing. It only looks; it never changes anything. You can press Check again after a change has been made.
Already have email that works?
It can stay where it is. If email is already running on your web address, we’ll check with you before making any change that could stop it arriving. Moving existing mailboxes is optional and quoted separately.
